Open Avenues is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that empowers adults with disabilities by providing employment education, life skills training and meaningful work. Starting in 1975 with 11 clients, what was then called The Adult Development Center (ADC), th evolved and expanded to now be called Open Avenues. Open Avenues, located on N 24 Street in Rogers, currently serves 127 individuals on a daily basis. The individuals served have all types of disabilities. Open Avenues plays a significant role in the Northwest Arkansas community as it provides vital services to people with disabilities and as it contributes to the economy of the area. Our unwavering commitment is to empower people with disabilities to reach their full potential. Open Avenues Spring Fling is the signature event and a way to establish vital financial support for Open Avenues, and promote Open Avenues’ mission in Northwest Arkansas.
