and continue to actively develop new initiatives and build new homes. We are looking to
recruit two Supported Housing Officer for the following projects:
BYPA - This is an opportunity to work in our Young Parents supported accommodation
service for parents aged 16-24 as part of the very successful Bristol Young Parents Alliance.
The service provides 24hour staff cover and runs 7-days a week on a rota basis, including
paid sleeping night cover.
The post will involve lone working in accordance with the association’s procedures and a
degree of flexibility will be required to ensure the needs of the project are met.
Phoenix Place - Gives the opportunity to work in a large supported housing project in

means working later evenings on occasion.
Both projects are vibrant, exciting and rewarding in their own ways, with a track record of
positive outcomes for our residents by ensuring we keep our staff and them at the heart of
everything we do.
Who are we looking for?
Supported Housing Officer roles are both challenging and rewarding. You will be responsible
for working closely with our residents ensuring they receive psychologically informed support
on 1 to 1 basis. You will also be responsible for supporting them with managing and
sustaining their tenancy and working with other agencies to ensure our residents get the
best support and outcome. Excellent communication and strong organisational skills are
essential in this role.
We are ideally looking for someone with a background of working with vulnerable people in
housing or a support related environment catering for this client group. Although this
