No financial screening, but some cases require a one-time fee. Applications are
available by mail, and may be filed by mail. Call the local enforcement office
(following pages) for an application.
Description: Helps to secure child support from absent parent by locating absent parents,
proving the paternity, obtaining court orders for support, enforcing court orders,
and collecting support payments. Lawyers are available to take the cases to
court.
