WHAT IS VOICE YOUR CHOICE?
Voice Your Choice is a community of people who participate in online surveys and discussion topics
about their experiences of various products and services for CHOICE.
We use this research in various ways; it is often published in CHOICE magazine, on our website and in
the news media. Consumer research helps inform many of our articles and recommendations on which
products and companies are good, and which to avoid. The community is also an important way to
stay in touch with issues that matter to Australian consumers and get feedback on CHOICE work.
The research community is made up of a diverse group of 10,000 people to represent Australian
consumers and CHOICE members. CHOICE’s in-house consumer research team designs all surveys
and analyses the results to ensure they are reported in a robust and fair way.
