HATHA YOGA uses postures (asanas) and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. GENTLE YOGA. A soft flow and holding of yoga postures. RESTORATIVE YOGA. Strengthens the body gently, calms the nervous system, and helps the body to heal itself. Uses many props to allow students to achieve maximum benefits of the poses. CYCLE A high-energy workout utilizing non-impact indoor stationary bikes, guided imagery, creative lighting and carefully selected music to inspire you through a workout like no other. This symbol indicates that the program is open to teens and preteens over the age of 10. Must be accompanies by an adult.
