CSXI prohibits the loading of municipal garbage waste in any equipment it utilizes. Any party loading municipal garbage waste in CSXI supplied equipment will
be subject to a $5,000 assessment per occurrence and will be responsible for disposition of the

(1980 - Statutes of Canada - CH 36)" and the regulations adopted under saimd Act.
Batteries, electric storage, old or used, dry or wet, containing acid or other chemicals -- only acceptalbe in shipper-owned
All Polychlorinated Biphenyl or PCB-contaminated waste.
Poison Inhalation Hazard Material.-- can not be on rail
Carbon blacks - may only be moved in shipper owned equipment.
All waste defined or characterized as hazardous, chemical, industrial or special waste by either the "Principal Environment
Protection Agency of the Government of Canada" or by any regulatory body having jurisdiction over hazardous waste.

shipper or consignee performs the packing and unpacking of the container, and when battery terminals are disconnected and the

Dangerous goods requiring temperature protection.
Export, import, furtherance shipments by water, or on any traffic received from or delivery to steamship sheds.
Feed animal poultry, fish meal, hides, skins -- may only be moved in shipper owned equipment.
Flex-tank or bladder is prohibited on rail.
Bulk commodities - goods that are loose or in mass and must be shovelled, scooped or forked -- only acceptable in shipper-owned
equipment.
Freight likely to contaminate other freight or railway equipment.
Freight requiring transit privileges unless where specifically identified.
Hazardous materials (STCC 49-series) - unless authorized by CN.
Personal effects including household & second-hand goods as well as settlers' effects or relief goods. -- only accept within Canada
for international shipment and prohibited on crossborder.
House or building sectors, modular, factory manufactured, with or without heating, air conditioner, plumbing, electrical wiring and
fixtures, refrigerators, stove or cabinets installed.
Live creatures, including livestock and poultry.
Traffic because of its nature cannot be transported into containers.
Glass, window, plate or laminated - unless owners agree to transportation under owner's risk of breakage.
Military communications equipment, including missiles, mobile guidance control systems, missile storage or launching apparatus
and related equipment - unless under special permission.
Perishable commodities requiriing mechanical protection from hear or cold -- only acceptable in shipper-owned equipment. Units
using propane fuel or portable heaters will not be accepted for transit.
Outfits, radio repair or public address or television.
Radioactive shipments including low-level radioactive product on trains destined to the United States.
U.S. Mail (of any sort of quantities).
Explosive shipments Class 1.
All goods destined to the USA originating from counties embargoed by the USA, i.e. Cuba & Iraq.

secured to an approved weight distribution devices such as a "Holland Sled" or "Load N Roll Pallet" to distribute weight in the
container. Product not exceeding 312.5 lbs per square foot may be loaded in containers and/or trailers and must be properly
secure against lengthwise and crosswise movement. CN will not be responsible for chipping and/or cracking of material during
transit. The product must not be loaded in intermodal units that are more than ten (10) years old - this is determined on the basis
of the date of the shipment and construction date of the intermodla unit. The maximum gross weight of the load must not exceed
75% of the intermodal unit's rated capacity.
