Sealed units to be fabricated with Black Spacer Bars. (Glazing to be 'K'-glass by Pilkington and have low-E coating). Each door to be on its own track and to slide back towards fixed panel. Sliding door gear to be Marathon 90 (S4 kit) by Henderson. 09 Allow for 152 x 152 x 30 UC spreader lintel with 8 /10 (t.b.c.) mm thick and 350 wide bottom plate welded to bottom with 150mm hit and miss fillet weld. Allow for joists to be cut to suit new lintel beam. 02 Install 100mm rigid insulation e.g.Celotex between joists under roof terrace area. 06 Allow for 2 No. 150 x 75 PFC's , one as ridge support beam spanning between cranked beam and RHS party wall, with beam bolted to padstones with 2 No. M12 anchor bolts, minimum bearing 225mm. The other as support above glazing between 80x80x6.3 SHS post and the LHS party wall. 10 Allow for 2 No. 150 x 90 PFC's continuous from staircase enclosure to other side of house, with beams bolted to padstones with 2 No. M12 anchor bolts, minimum bearing 225mm on either side. Allow for creating a downstand with min.12.5mm plasterboard, skimmed,to conceal steel structure in central part of living area between staircases 03 Install 1330mm (W) x 1930mm (H) fixedglazed screen from Western Red Cedar frame with double glazed sealed units. Top of frame to be flush with finished ceiling. Please refer to architects details. 07 Install 75mm rigid insulation e.g.Celotex in void between rafters to insulate roof and attic space. Keep 50mm clear airspace above insulation for roof ventilation. 11 Allow for new 1100 mm high dwarf studwalls around existing stair leading to kitchen and living area.All new studwork walls and screens around stairs to be 75 X 50 SW.
