This totally renovated chalet is in the traditional Alpine village of Le Grand Bornand, just a 300m walk from the
picturesque church as well as the shops and restaurants. The ski bus stops just 300m away too, and it’s less
than a kilometer to the pistes.
The property sleeps 14 people (12 adults) in six bedrooms. You’ll find three double bedrooms on the ground
floor, the largest of which has an en suite bathroom and another one has a sofa bed. There’s also the ski room
on this floor, as well as garage, laundry, massage table and changing room. Two of the rooms can be arranged
as twin rooms if you prefer.
There is access to a large sunny terrace from this floor and the jacuzzi where you can laze away the evening
while you watch the sun set over the Aravis mountains!
There are two more bedrooms on the first floor, both of which have en suite shower rooms, and one of which can
be arranged as a twin room. The beautifully appointed living room is also on this floor - there’s a well-equipped
kitchen and a large dining area with a table big enough for everyone. Cosy seating is arranged around an open
fire and the television, but you might prefer to spend the evenings with a glass of vin chaud on the balcony.
Another flight of stairs takes you to a mezzanine floor with the sixth bedroom - an en suite double - and a
television and games room. There’s also a library and office space up here which overlook the living area below.
The garden is fairly flat and for summer 2017 it will be madeQuick

The chalet has been beautifully decorated throughout, with neutral shades, pale wood and big windows making
