This indenture witnesseth that Ephraim Arbuckle and
Sarah E Arbuckle his wife, Robert Arbuckle and Mary E.
Arbuckle his wife, Henrietta Howard and Samuel H.
Howard, her husband, Catharine Burus, William H.
Burus, her husband, Edward Arbuckle and Missouri
B. Arbuckle, his wife James B. Arbuckle and Evie B.
Arbuckle his wife and Henry M. Arbuckle, (unmarried)
of Bartholomew County, and State of Indiana, convey
and Warrant to Martin Arbuckle, Lewis Arbuckle
and Joseph A. Arbuckle, of Bartholomew County
and State of Indiana.
The Grantors and Grantees
being children and heirs at law of James Arbuckle deceased
late of Bartholomew County and State of Indiana,
for the sum of three thousand; five hundred dollars, the undivided seven elevenths (7/11)
of the following real estate in Bartholomew
County and State of Indiana to wit: The
North East quarter of sectionseventeen (17) in
Township eight (8) North of Range seven (7) East.
Containg [sic] one hundred and sixty (160) acres. Also
(the undivided seven elevenths (7/11) of the following
commencing twenty seven (27) rods east of
the South West Corner of the South East quarter
of section eight (8) same township and Range as
above. Running thence East Eighteen Rods, thence
North seventeen (17) rods and Twenty (20) links, thence
West Eighteen (18) rods, thence South Seventeen (17)
rods and Twenty (20) links to the place of begining, containing Two (2) acres, containing in
all one hundred and sixty two (162) acres more
or less. The seven elevenths (7/11) of which is hereby
conveyed.
In witness whereof, the said Ephraim
Arbuckle and Sarah E. Arbuckle his wife, Robert
Arbuckle and Mary E. Arbuckle his wife Henrietta Howard and Samuel H. Howard her husband, Catharine Burus and William H. Burus
her husband, Edward Arbuckle and Missouri
Arbuckle, his wife, James B. Arbuckle and Evie
B. Arbuckle his wife and Henry M. Arbuckle.

(unmarried) and acknowledged the executor of the
annexed Deed.
