Directed by Chris Bealey
What lengths would a general go to take the
crown? Who would have to convince him that
his reign is as close as the dagger in his hand?
In a Scotland where witches roam the heath
and whisper prophesy into eager ears, where
apparitions drive mad the living, and few have
hands not dripped in blood – the name of one
man echoes through the night… Macbeth.

A once glittering actress now retired, her egocentric novelist husband
and their bohemian children, make the Bliss family. They are everything
a well-to-do family of the 1920s shouldn’t be. When they each invite a
guest to their summer retreat, but neglect to tell each other, a comedy of
misjudged meetings and all round bad manners ensues!
What more could you expect from such a melodramatic family!

Inspired by stories of the Kindertransport where
10,000 Jewish children were sent to Britain.
As the clouds of war gather in 1930’s Germany, a
desperate mother forces her nine year old daughter
onto a train, sending her out of danger and into the
arms of strangers.
In peaceful, suburban, 1980’s England, a proud
mother prepares to say farewell to her grown-up
daughter, as she cuts the ties of childhood to leave
the family home.
Then a chance discovery opens an unhealed wound.

G2 Definitive Genesis pays tribute

“Seconds Out” era, and earlier Gabriel
years. Having been performing for
over a decade and a half, G2 are
making their annual return to the

Probably the most entertaining group
to come out of the 60’s and 70’s.
Their musicianship, their harmonies
and of course their humour makes
them what their peers call them
‘The Guvnors’. They are supremely
talented, a showbiz phenomenon
and the best tonic the N.H.S. could
give the population. Winners of the
UK Rock and Pop awards as ‘Best
Entertainers’. They are the only group
to have toured with the Beatles and
twice with the Rolling Stones. A show
not to be missed.
