Introduction
Saginomiya type NSK and XSK pressure sensors
are compact, light weight, high reliability
double diaphragm sensors in which pressure is
conducted to the silicon chip through high purity
silicone oil that is in turn sealed in place by the
stainless steel diaphragm. This structure allows
NSK and XSK sensors to be used in a wide variety
of fluids.
The diffusion silicon chip contains a bridge
circuit and a unique temperature- compensated
amplifier.
Applications include sensing pressure in room
and packaged air-conditioning systems, chillers,
boiler water and vapor, and for air, water, and oil
pumping and circulation systems.

Installation
1. Mount in any position.
2. Observe ambient condition limitations:
a. Vibration < 10 m/s2
b. Avoid pressure hammering, excessive fluctuations, pulsations, etc.
3. For corrosive fluids, a stainless steel fitting sensor is recommended. (Option)
4. Do not paint the sensor.
5. Do not apply power voltage higher than 6V d.c. on NSK, or it damages the sensor.
