NOTIFICATION
The appointment of Thiru M. Dhanasekaran, Drug
Inspector, Food and Drugs Administration, Health
Department, Puducherry as the Licensing Authority for
the whole of the Union territory of Puducherry under
the Indian Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 issued
vide G.O. Ms. No. 58, dated 23-11-2006 of the Health
Secretariat, Puducherry is withdrawn with immediate effect.

Thiru P. Rajkumaran, Manufacturing Chemist, Public
Health Laboratory, Health Department, Puducherry
is appointed as the Licensing Authority for the whole
of the Union territory of Puducherry in pursuance
of the rules 59 (1), 67-A(1), 69(1), 85-B(1), 138(1) and
152 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945 for the purpose
of Part-VI, Part-VI-A, Part-VII, Part-VII-A, Part-XIV and
Part-XVI, of the said rules.

The tentative inter-se seniority list of officers holding the Schedule-II post of Pondicherry Civil Service was
circulated vide Memorandum No.A.32013/4/2008/DPAR/SS-I(1), dated 15-12-2008 inviting objections, if any, to the inter-se
