detailing our delicious range of festive menus available for large
group bookings, together with our booking terms & conditions.
The Meat Co.
The restaurant offers many different dining areas. With a maximum
capacity of 250 people, let the Meat Co’s reservation team take the
stress out of organising your Christmas party.
Private Dining Room
The Meat Co’s private dining room is available to be used exclusively
for your Christmas party. This private room is sophisticated and
elegantly decorated and exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere.
With a maximum capacity for 14 people, you can dine in comfort
whilst enjoying the privacy of your own room. Please book early to
avoid disappointment.

We will be happy to put together a package to suit your budget
requirements.

Charity
As of tradition, we will continue to donate £1 from the sale of all
Christmas menus to the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund (UK). The
Meat Co is proud to support the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund
(UK) in their quest to, “change the way society treats its children
and youth.”

CHRISTMAS GROUP A LA CARTE MENU
For bookings of 12-40 guests, we request that you order from the
Christmas Group a la Carte Menu. Items are individually priced and can
be selected by your guests at the time of ordering.
CHRISTMAS SET MENU
Take the stress out of Christmas and order from a selection of our
Christmas Set Menu, which has a fixed price of £37.50 per person. This
menu option is available to groups of 12 or more guests.
PERSONALLY TAILORED CHRISTMAS SET MENU
For groups of 40 guests or more, The Meat Co can arrange a Tailored
Christmas Set Menu to meet your individual needs and budget.
To book a set menu for your large function, please complete the Christmas
booking form enclosed in this package. You will need to select 2 entrees,
3 mains and 2 desserts.
A member of The Meat Co reservations team will then contact you to
confirm the price and menu items for your tailored Christmas Set Menu.
If you would like to personalise your Festive Set Menu with a company
logo, image or message we can create this for you. Printing and design
costs will apply and may vary.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & KOSHER STEAKS
We can cater for people with special dietary requirements and can
provide kosher steaks on request, at least two working days notice is
needed. Vegetarian meals, Halal options and a children’s menu is also
available.

Please complete a Christmas function booking form and return a signed
copy to The Meat Co reservations team who will confirm your booking
within 48 hours. To secure your reservation, a holding deposit of £10 per
person is required. All menu items are subject to availability and prices
may change. Prices include VAT and a discretionary 12.5% service charge
will be added to your bill.

Tender pineapple-scored calamari, lightly tossed in salt, pepper

Camembert cheese wrapped in leek and spring roll pastry, deep fried and served with

The Meat Co Function Terms and Conditions
Deposits Agree
Alterations to Bookings Agree
To secure your booking, a £10 deposit per person is required for groups of 12 or more guests. Deposit payments can be
made by direct transfer,cheque, credit card or by cash in person. Payment must be received in full 48 hours after the
booking is made. Deposits by cheque need to received by The Meat and Wine Holding Company (UK)Ltd, seven working
days in advance of the booking. The deposit must be received in order to confirm your booking. NB. Deposits will be
deducted from the bill at the time of dining, and there will NOT be refunded to a credit card under any circumstance.
The final number of guests must be confirmed a minimum of one working day in advance of the function date. In
the event of reduced guest numbers at the time of your function, you will be charged £20 for each person who has
not arrived for the time of the function. A food/beverage alternative will be offered to the value of the absent guest/s
(£20 per person)
CancellationsAgree
The full deposit amount will only be refunded if a cancellation is made at least three working days prior to
the function.
PaymentAgree
Our prices are fully inclusive of VAT but will attract a discretionary 12.5% service charge. Payment of the bill must be
made in full on completion of the meal. Company cheques will be accepted provided they approved by ‘Transax’ a
cheque guarantee service contacted the time the company cheque is presented, if ‘Transax’ declines the company
cheque alternative payment will be required. Non cleared cheques will incur a %% ‘Transax’ handling fee. The Meat
Co can create separate bills for food and beverage only. NB. The restaurant does NOT split individual’s items from the
bill for them to be paid separately.
Arrival & Seating
Kindly emphasize to your guests the importance of arriving at The Meat Co slightly ahead of your agreed time so you
can enjoy your meal within the confirmed period. Please phone the restaurant if the party has been delayed on route
and advise arrival time.. NB. Tables will be held for a maximum of 30 minutes from the booking time regardless of
circumstance. Please note your party will not be seated until the entire group has arrived. After this time your tables
may be given away and you wil lose your full deposit. All requests for seating will be taken into consideration but not
guaranteed. Please be aware that groups of 12 or more may be seated on more than one table.
