2017 Scholarships

Dear Associate,
Wabash National is proud to promote the further education of our associate’s children and will offer up to ten (10)
$5,000 college scholarships in 2017. The scholarships will be awarded to the dependents of Wabash National
associates and will be made payable to the recipient’s college/university of choice.
Dependents that meet the criteria are encouraged to apply. The enclosed application and required documentation is to
be mailed to Angie Stier, Tippecanoe School Corporation, 21 Elston Rd., Lafayette, IN 47909. It is very important
that your application is submitted in its entirety on or before March 10, 2017. Late or partially submitted applications
will not be considered. An independent committee, headed by Dr. Doug Miller of the Tippecanoe School Corporation,
in Lafayette, Indiana, selects the scholarship recipients. The committee’s decision is based on grade point average,
SAT scores, and extracurricular activities.
Eligibility


Children or stepchildren of active full-time associates, including associates on approved leave of absence, are
eligible to apply.
Applicant must be a senior in high school with the intention of enrolling in college for the 2017 fall semester.
Scholarship Payments
The scholarship monies will be paid directly to the recipient’s college/university of choice after the student
provides the Benefits Department with a qualifying, full-time school schedule for the semester directly
following the award.
