Terms & Conditions:
1. A provisional booking must be confirmed within 7 days of the
booking with a deposit of £10.00 per person for party nights. £10.00 per
person festive lunches/dinners for groups of 10 or more. £20.00 per person
for Christmas Day lunch, Boxing Day lunch and New Year’s Day lunch.
£50.00 per person for the House Party (Christmas and New Year). In the
event a deposit is not received within 7 days the hotel will cancel
the provisional booking.
2. All deposits paid are non-refundable. We regret that should your party
size decrease in numbers all payments made cannot be transferred to
final balance payment or offset against any other services.
3. Final payment is due 28 days before the event and once paid is nonrefundable and non-transferrable. The hotel reserves the right to cancel
your booking in the event final payment is not received.

4. If the hotel has to cancel or amalgamate events to ensure
appropriate numbers, an alternative date will be offered or a
full refund given with liability.

5. We reserve the right to change or cancel advertised entertainments
due to circumstances beyond our control.

excellent food freshly prepared by our AA rosette award winning
chefs and served by our delightful staff, The Bedford Swan will
ensure your festive season is one to remember.
6. The cost of any additional services, charged for by pre-arrangement,
must be paid for prior to departure from the hotel.
7. All alterations to bookings must be confirmed in writing.
8. For bookings taken after 1st December 2016, full payment is
required at the time of booking.
9. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

and dance the night away to our resident DJ. We offer both joiner party nights in our Coach
Room from £30 Sunday – Wednesday so you can mingle with others or private parties in
our State Room (50 guests minimum with fork buffet from £25 per person)

Christmas House Party
Escape the cold during our three day house party
and enjoy guaranteed warmth and hospitality.
CHRISTMAS EVE
Arrive on Christmas Eve for afternoon tea from 2pm in our
cosy lounge. At 7pm Champagne cocktails will be served in the
Coach Room with carol singing from the Salvation Army.
Dinner is served by candlelight from 8.30pm followed
by dancing until late with our resident DJ.
CHRISTMAS DAY
On Christmas Day enjoy a full English breakfast then perhaps
take a leisurely stroll along the river. For those of you not
wanting to brave the cold we will have plenty of games on
offer as well as a festive film. Return for a traditional, festive
Christmas Day lunch with all the trimmings. In the evening a
carved buffet will be served followed by bingo and party games.
BOXING DAY
On Boxing Day the locally renowned boar’s head ceremony takes
place at the front of the hotel. Join us from 11.30am for a glass of
mulled wine. A trip to the matinee showing of Dick Whittington
is included. In the evening dinner is served with entertainment.
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on Tuesday before departing.
