HOW TO ORDER
We offer a variety of convenient methods for you to place your order with us.
All are fast and easy for you, and will be attended to by our staff in the same
professional manner.
Methods of Payment:

Simply call your order in to one of our knowledgeable technical
consultants. They will make sure we have everything you need
and will get the order shipped in most cases the same day.
Credit Card:
This is the easiest and fastest way to purchase your goods. We accept
American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Please make sure you
are prepared to give us the mailing address of your credit card statement as
we will need that for verification. If you use a credit card you save at least
$10.00 over C.O.D.

Print and fill out the order form completely and our order entry
department will get it in the system and out the back door. All
orders are reviewed by our technical consultants so we can
insure you are getting all the right items for your project. Find the

C.O.D.:
Another fast way to place an order is using Cash on Delivery. Our sales
associates will call you back with the exact amount of the check to have
ready. New customers on large orders will be asked to have a Cashiers
Check prepared for pickup by the shipper. There is a C.O.D. collection fee of
$10.00 per package imposed by the carrier. All Checks and Money Orders
should be made to J. Racenstein Company, LLC.

Pre-Payment by Mail:
Please contact us for a shipping quote. Send us a check with your order
form and we will fill your order. Orders may be held until the check clears
the bank (approximately ten days).
Credit:
J.Racenstein may be able to extend credit to regular customers based on
the results of a Credit Application and subsequent evaluation. Please ask
your sales consultant for a credit application.
Pre-Pay Drop Shipments:
Pre-Payment in full is required for all items not shipped from one of our
warehouses. This includes but is not limited to Ladders, Extension Washers,
Roof Rig equipment.
Minimum Order - $40 in Merchandise.

Terms of Sale:
The J. Racenstein catalog is printed annually. We do our best to guarantee
all prices, but they are subject to change at any time.
Shipping Methods:
We need a Delivery Address not a PO Box for delivery.
We work with FedEx, UPS and a variety of freight carriers so we can get you
what you need when you need it. When you place your order you will be
asked to select a shipping method:
• Next day service
• Two-day service
• Three-day Saver service
• Ground service (delivery time will vary widely, from 1 - 2 days on the east
and west coasts up to five or six days to the center of the country.)
• Freight. For large orders on pallets we can review the shipping price with a
variety of freight companies.
• International. We will do our best to insure the fastest, safest and most
economical shipping method for your order.
Freight Charges:
The customer is responsible for freight charges. If you ask us, we will
confirm a freight charge before the order ships. This way you can make an
educated decision about the form of shipment.
Will-Call
Will-call orders can be picked up in Secaucus or Carson. Please call
the order in in advance and allow two hours.
