- Sign in to ArbiterSports.com (in the upper right hand corner) with your e-mail address and the password contained in your Welcome e-mail. Page 1 - Click on the “Accept” button to accept the Terms and Conditions. Page 2 - You will be required to change your password. Type in your current password from the Welcome e-mail. - Type in your new password (one that you can easily remember). - Type in your new password again and click the “Change” button. Page 3 - Click the “OK” button to continue. Page 4 - You will now see the Organization name (Connecticut Board of Approved Baseball Umpires). sports/leagues/groups and use the same e-mail address for those groups, you will see those Organizations listed as well. - Click on the silhouette under the words Sign In. Page 5 If you use ArbiterSports.com for other - This is the main page. You may see announcements on this page. You will see your name, the Organization name (Connecticut Board of Approved Baseball Umpires) and the Organization’s group ID # (102667) in the upper right corner. - Click on the “Profile” tab to see your own personal information. Page 6 - Input your information. (I will have already input the Title – in this case JCTD Prep Coach “team name”) - You can click on “Phones” to input a phone number (see below). - You can also click on “Password” to change your password at any time. - You can also click on “Picture” to upload a picture of yourself. Page 7 - To add your phone numbers click on the green +: Page 8 - Enter whatever phone numbers you would like. From the pulldown menu you can enter, home, work, fax, cell, etc. number. - Be sure to click on the blue computer disk after you enter each phone number to save it. - To delete a phone number, click on the red X. Page 9 - Click on the “Schedule” tab and you will see your team come up. - Click on the number in blue in the Games column. Page 10 - You will see a listing of all of your teams’ games. - Click on the Option “Show all slots”. Page 11 - You will now see a listing of all umpires assigned to your games. (Please ignore the Plate/Bases position. This is merely a placeholder, as the 2 umpires working the game will decide prior to the game who is doing the plate and who is doing the bases. The miles is the distance from where the umpire leaves to the game field.) - You can click directly on an umpires name (in blue) and that umpire’s contact information will pop up (see below): Page 12 - You can print your schedule by clicking on “Print Schedule”, however be advised that umpires assigned to games frequently change. Page 13 - Click on the “Lists” tab to see lists of Officials, Association Officers, Contacts, Sites, Teams and Forms. - You can print off a roster of all umpires by clicking on “Roster” under Reports, which will give you the page below: Page 14 - Click on the “Print Preview” button to generate the roster.
