The continuous growth of the REIWAG Group will continue in 2017. In addition to constant
expansion, as for instance currently the building up of business in Serbia, consistency
characterizes our activities.
KR Wagner was delighted to receive the invitation of Vice-Chancellor Dr. Reinhold Mitterlehner,
Federal Minister for Science, Research and Economics, to the bestowal of one of the highest
decorations in Austria: the “Decoration of Honour in Gold for Services to the Republic of
Austria”. The ceremony took place on February 21st, 2017.
The entire REIWAG service group also has good reason to be pleased: Last year, we achieved a
total turnover of more than EUR 64 million, an expansion of + 12.7%. Over the past 10 years,
the number of employees has increased from 1,300 to almost 3,000 employees. For the current
year 2017, we expect sales growth of 4.5% , which will lead to a new record turnover of more
than EUR 67 million.
Our strategic goal of safeguarding the jobs of all our 3,000 employees in Austria, the Czech
Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia and Serbia in the long term was achieved - as did our goal
of creating new jobs!

1. News
1.1. Decoration of Honour in Gold for Services to the Republic of Austria
At the instigation of the Austrian Federal President, with the resolution of 7 July 2016,
Vice-Chancellor and Federal Minister Dr. Reinhold Mitterlehner presented the
“Decoration of Honour in Gold for Services to the Republic of Austria” to Mr. KR Viktor
Wagner on Tuesday, 21 February 2017. The ceremonial act took place at the Federal
Ministry of Science, Research and Business.

Everyone is entitled to suggest the bestowal of the Decoration of Honour in Gold for Services to the
Republic of Austria (except for themselves or for close family members). *
The former Austrian Federal President Dr. Heinz Fischer personally proposed Mr. Viktor Wagner
during his REIWAG-visit to Prague - thereafter the official suggestion was introduced by the Austrian
Ambassador to Prague, Dr. Alexander Grubmayr.
Federal President Dr. Heinz Fischer emphasized the importance of applying this distinction to a strict
standard in order to comply with the will of the legislature, according to which the Decoration of
Honour is to be awarded to those persons who provide outstanding charitable contributions to the
Republic of Austria and / or rendered excellent services.*

1.2. Jobs without age limit
Austrian governments is planning a bonus malus system to raise the employment of older people.
REIWAG would definitely be a bonus company. This means, that we employ more 50-year-olds than
the sectoral average. More than 30 percent of Reiwag Facility Services employees are over 50 years
old.
REIWAG:
„I hire 64-year-olds, too.“
In the planned bonus malus system to increase the employment of older people the Viennese cleaning and house
service company Reiwag would be a bonus company. This means, more 50-year-olds are employed as in the
sectoral average. More than 30 percent of Reiwag employees are over 50 years old.
The oldest is even 75 years. Until the end of December, Anton Fixl had
worked as division manager, since a few weeks he has been officially retired.
However, he does not want to rest completely. "If I am bored in the pension
and the company needs me, I will continue to help," says the pensioner. He
worked in the company for 35 years and therefore knew it inside and out.
Even Zlatko Staresina with his 69 years is still employed at Reiwag - no
matter whether his assistance is needed in the warehouse or the quality
assurance. "So I can still keep in contact with the people here in the
company," says Staresina about his case-by-case minor employment.
Viktor Wagner, managing director of REIWAG, does not want to do without
the experience of his older employees.
"Our business is also about long customer
relationships and customers do not always
want new faces," argues Wagner.
In Austria, Reiwag employs 1,500 people from 29 countries, and employees
are constantly being looked for with this size.

1.3. Contract prolongation with ÖBB
The 10th anniversary of REIWAG Rail Services was crowned by the prolongation of
the contract for a further five years.
REIWAG Rail Services was able to look back
on the most successful financial year in its
history in the 2016 jubilee year. By starting
the full operation at the new Vienna
Central Station and the simultaneous
relocation of the long-distance traffic from
Westbahnhof,
the
turnover
was
significantly increased. As a result, 55 new
jobs were created and we are pleased to
welcome our new employees in the team.
Due to the outstanding quality of our service, the contract extension with ÖBB-PV was signed
for a further five years.
1.4. Award ceremony in Athens
Large international tribute to Mr. Viktor Wagner on September 24th, 2016 in

Viktor Wagner received the FIDEN-award
for achievements in the building services
trade in Europe through FIDEN-President
Hans Ziegle at a glamorous evening gala in
Athens on September 24th, 2016. The price
was presented by the Austrian Ambassador
in Greece, Mrs. Andrea Ikić-Böhm.
Viktor Wagner is a recognized expert and
promoter of international relations in this f.l.t.r.: Filip Ikic, Viktor Wagner, Andrea Ikic-Böhm, Hans Ziegle
industry. He has been Vice-President of
the FIDEN - Association for many years and has contributed significantly to its success. FIDEN
presented to Mr. Wagner, a big football fan, a special gift: He received an original football with
autograph signatures of the German team players of the legendary football match in Cordoba in
1978, where Austria won against Germany during the World Cup in Argentina.

1.5. Czech Republic: 25 Years REIWAG Facility Services
Gala Dinner in the Residence of the Austrian Ambassador in Prague
On Friday, October 7th, 2016, we had the
great honor to celebrate the
25th anniversary of REIWAG Facility Services
s.r.o. and the
20th anniversary of KOMWAG a.s.
in the Residence of the Austrian Ambassador
in Prague. The honor speech was held by
Dr. Alexander Grubmayr the Austrian
Ambassador in Prague.
It was in 1991, when KR Viktor Wagner established the first international subsidiary of REIWAG
in Prague, in the former Czechoslovakia. In 1996, we entered into a more than successful Private
Public Partnership with the city of Prague and
founded KOMWAG a.s., a joint stock company
for street cleaning and garbage disposal. Since
that time, REIWAG has continued to expand
its business steadily.
We want to thank all our clients, employees
and business partners for making our success
possible!
With this network all doors are open to a
healthy growth in the future.

Product test
Due to our international business relations, REIWAG has market-related preliminary information
like hardly any other Austrian company.
For example, the first battery-operated vacuum cleaner developed for industrial use was made
available to us for testing purposes. As a member of the EFCI (European Federation of Cleaning
Industries) and the FIDEN (Fédération Internationale des Entreprises de Nettoyage), where KR
Viktor Wagner is vice president, the REIWAG Group is always informed about the latest
developments on the market.

2. Highlights
2.1. Austrian Federal President visited REIWAG and KOMWAG
On Tuesday, April 12th, 2016, we had the great honor to welcome the Austrian President Dr.
Heinz Fischer and his wife Margit during his state visit in Prague. The visit took place on the
occasion of the 25th anniversary of REIWAG Facility Services s.r.o. and the 20th anniversary of
KOMWAG a.s.
2.2. Visit of Mr. Sebastian Kurz
Federal Minister for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs
Federal Minister Sebastian Kurz visited the REIWAG Facility Services GmbH at its Headquarter in
1070 Vienna. During the more than two hours visit Mr. Kurz presented and discussed his
program in detail, held very interesting conversation with the successful REIWAG managers,
who partly began their careers as cleaners and now are operating successfully in the
management level.
Federal Minister Sebastian Kurz and KR Wagner recently discussed, among other things, various
relevant topics in Serbia.

2.3. National and international awards of the REIWAG Group
Competition analysis for national and international awards show it again and again: REIWAG is
at the forefront of all assessed criteria such as sales growth, creditworthiness, workplace
procurement, innovation, continuity, creativity and customer orientation!
We are very proud to be one of the most dynamic TOP 500 companies in Europe for the sixth
time already. Of course, our Austrian awards such as SUPERBRAND AUSTRIA, HIDDEN
CHAMPION and ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR are a great an honor, too.

According to Austria's leading credit reference agency in the cleaning
branch, published by the KSV 1870, the TOP 10 of the branch have
turned out flawlessly, but the majority of the companies have credit
standing problems.
The best credit standing received the company REIWAG, a service
group which acts in Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania,
Serbia and Croatia. The company provides a wide range of services
like Property Management, Technical Facility Management, Facility
Services and Environmental Engineering.

3. Forecast for the business years 2017
The economic situation offers an ideal setting for clients who want to improve the quality of
services by competent partners and still want to buy cost-efficient

of administration will be examined strictly and is aware that carefully looked after property and
facility management reduces operating costs which thereby attracts new tenants. REIWAG
group is using a cross-national CAFM-system (Planon), ideal applicable for the customer. Due to
the international network more and more companies in Austria, CEE and SEE rely on the
services of their best-known REIWAG group.

REIWAG (established in 1903) offers through nationwide services in Austria optimal possibilities
for administrative cost savings. In particular its “ALL BY ONE” service is very successful as proven
by the steady increase of orders. For real estate owners the optimal management of their
buildings is a particular asset that contributes substantially to the increase in value. Fortunately,
REIWAG and Wüstenrot agreed on a substantial expansion of the business partnership in 2016.

With proven experience and a new momentum we are
serving and maintaing the common area properties of our
clients. The number of new orders in LEWAG Haus Service
GmbH (management of residential buildings) has increased
considerably in the last months.
All LEWAG vehicles are equipped with GPS locating devices,
which facilitates a transparent and optimised operational
planning. Further technical developments are in preparation, among other things it is planned
to report with a touch screen system any defects in a house to the central office, which
forwards them to the property management.
Our long-lasting and trained employees sweep and wash all floors, wipe handrails and post
boxes, remove advertising material and clean windows in the staircase and common rooms such
as laundry and bike rooms.

The REIWAG RAIL Services GmbH is a successful example of outsourcing, servicing railway
carriages as well as the corresponding logistics of the Austrian railways. Many civil servants
were taken over who now operate in the private sector and are motivated in providing
outstanding services to the fullest satisfaction of the ÖBB, in several federal states.

In 1992, the Viennese animal crematorium was established as a dignified alternative to
conventional carcass disposal.
The team around Managing Director Melanie Wachter cares for a steadily growing number of
animal owners, who are grateful to offer their beloved, deceased pets a dignified farewell.

Already in 1991, Viktor Wagner began with the expansion of his
REIWAG Facility Services in the former Czechoslovakia. One called
him "east pioneer". Wagner: „It was nice to see, how a formerly
communist state developed to a blossoming business partner for
Austria and for other countries.“
In 1996, Wagner founded KOMWAG a.s. (KOM for communal –
WAG for Wagner, PLC) as a joint-venture with the city of Prague,
which celebrates her 20th anniversary this year. From a small enterprise with ancient machines in a
ramshackle office house in Prague 2, originated a successful service enterprise which employs 275
people today and has nearly 100 vehicles in use.
In April 2016, the Austrian Federal President, Dr. Heinz Fischer visited KOMWAG and REIWAG in
Prague and was impressed by the achievements and the successful history of the enterprise.
In June 2015, KOMWAG established a new office building which was financed 90% by REIWAG Austria
and 10% from the cashflow of KOMWAG. On the occasion of the opening ceremony the Austrian
ambassador Dr. Ferdinand Trauttmansdorff, also addressed an audience.
Due to the company’s long-term orientation and strategy all enterprises of the REIWAG group
fortunately are able to operate completely equity-financed.

KOMWAG offers City and Street Cleaning, Disposal of
Waste as well as Environmental management.
KOMWAG a.s. started first with a waste separation yard
in Prague. The service know-how is meanwhile also
successfully applied in other cities! With 56% Reiwag is
majority shareholder of this joint venture.
Approximately 100 vehicles are used for customer
service. The average age is the youngest of all active
firms in the waste sector in the Czech Republic.
KOMWAG is now assigned for the waste management
at Prague airport (Vaclav Havel).

Established in 1991, in the Czech Republic REIWAG could
position itself in Prague and Brno particularly as
complete supplier in the areas of technical and
infrastructural Facility Services.
The eco-friendly new office building "The Green Line
Kačerov" is one of our satisfied clients where we are
responsible for the complete technical and
infrastructural facility management (15 268 m²).

REIWAG is also entrusted with the catering at the Rehabilitation
Clinic Malvazinky. For 180 patients and about 300 employees
delicious and healthy meals are prepared fresh daily by exquisite
recipes.

The market leader position in Croatia was further
expanded, many new contracts were signed, and also
for 2017 a significant increase in sales particularly in
technical facility management is becoming apparent.
Almost all important shopping centers are serviced by
Reiwag. IKEA transfered the technical facility
management and disposal services in 2015 to REIWAG.
Especially the reliable Austrian clients provide a steady
successful growth.

has been growing steadily for years.
Another large new international customer has
transferred the daily care of its premises to REIWAG.

In 2015 the BCR (ERSTE) transferred technical facility
management contracts, worth several million euros, to
the BSS.

In 2016 REIWAG Facility Services doo was established in Belgrade. The company offers complete
technical maintenance as well as infrastructural facility management. Contacts with Austrian
investors who require our services have already been made but of course orders for serbian
property are also highly welcomed
With Mr. Dejan Strugar, an experienced engineer was recruited as local managing director. He is
supported by the managing directos Alexander Fischer, BA and of course Mr. KR Viktor Wagner
from Austria.

REIWAG has completed a joint venture with one of the largest and
most successful companies in Serbia, the company Conel in
Gajdobra ALING in Novi Sad. The business purpose is to process
pressed plastic bottles to granules or flakes from which plastic is
made again. (Pet to Pet).
According to experts, the plant in Gajdobra near Novi Sad in Serbia is considered as the most
modern environmental facility in Europe! Up to 13.000 tons of plastic waste (PET) can be
recycled annually. “In this way, we will be making a major contribution towards the
improvement of the environment in the entire region”, Viktor Wagner, managing director of
REIWAG, is convinced.
