Cleanup AND “E-WASTE” Recycling
9 AM to 12 PM
Lowell Area Schools, Lowell Charter
Township, Vergennes Township, City of
Lowell, Lowell Area Chamber of Commerce
Kent County Fairgrounds, Lowell, MI – enter the at the Grand
River boat launch and follow the signs!
You must live in the Lowell Area School District. Please
present a tax bill or voter’s registration card and driver’s
license. One trailer/pickup truck load per household.
We WILL accept……...
Appliances (may qualify for rebate—must be in working condition) —Freezers, Refrigerators,
Dehumidifiers, Room air conditioning unit (minimum of 2 large appliances and 2 small appliances per household)
Sheet Metal
Auto Parts and Engines (liquid drained)
Aluminum and Copper Wire
Lawn Chairs and Lawn Mowers
Fencing (must be flattened & folded)
Mattresses
Furniture, carpeting, wood, clothing, glass etc.
Tires
Propane Tanks
Lead acid batteries
Compact florescent bulbs (no tubes)
Household batteries
Ammunition
Electronic Waste Acceptable items…
Office & Household Electronics, Audio & Visual Equipment, Computer Components & Accessories,
Computers, gaming systems, phones, tools, small appliances,
TVs & CRT Monitors (suggested donation $10 to offset cost to recycle), and most anything with a
cord or runs on batteries.
