Kid’s Yoga

certified by Rainbow Kids Yoga to teach yoga to children, ages two-teens. Access to Kid's Club required.
Mat Pilates
Using a floor mat and small props, this class focuses on basic Pilates principles: core strength, increased
flexibility, breath control and correct alignment to improve posture. This class is appropriate for students of
all ability levels.
SilverSneakers Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength,
range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
Spinning
Get your workout on a bike! This group cycling class will develop power and endurance, while you have lots
of fun. This is a great cardio class for beginners to advanced cyclists.
Tone & Flow Yoga
An invigorating class that blends yogic principles with sustained poses to tone, strengthen and increase
body-balance. This class combines mindful yogic movement with the breath to creatively blend fitness with
flow. Improve joint mobility and grow in your fitness journey. Great for new yogis; flexibility not required!
Total Body Shop
Just the right balance! Half cardiovascular with the hi/low aerobics and half resistance training. Participants utilize a variety of resistance equipment such as resistance tubes and dumbbells, in addition to using
body weight exercises to build core strength and endurance.
TRX

program will work your mind, body and spirit! Drumming experience is not necessary.
Zumba
One of the fastest growing, dance-based fitness programs in the country! A fun and energetic workout inspired by Latin music, dance rhythms and fitness! This Latin-based dance class is exercise in disguise, and
