What Is Ignited?
Ignited is a power-packed weekend of faith, fun, food, fellowship, and friends (both seen and unseen). It’s a weekend centered on
answering the really tough questions, right where we are. Questions like: Who is God? If He exists, how can I have a relationship with
Him? If He cares for me, how do I grow in that relationship? Does my life matter? How do I learn what will bring me happiness and
fulfillment in life? What are my gifts and my calling? That is what we’re about this weekend – digging deep!
What To Expect
If you’re coming from Fort Wayne and chose the Retreat Bus option,
expect to leave at 4pm on Friday from St. Vincent de Paul Parish in
Fort Wayne, and return there at 3pm on Sunday. If you have questions,

OK, so the Retreat Bus may not be quite this cool. But it’s close. If you’re one of the many young ladies joining us, expect to overnight at
the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration convent, just across the road from Marian High School. What a setup! The Sisters have
adoration all through the night, and they are very happy to have you over at their house. Some of the nuns will also be joining us on
retreat. Remember to dress modestly and appropriately for Jesus and the Sisters! Check the packing list closely for what to bring.
If you’re one of the many young men coming out for the weekend, you can expect to overnight at Marian High School with other
great guys and solid adult leaders. And although we know you’re tough enough, don’t forget some warm clothes and good shoes just
in case we have some outdoor adventures. If you plan to shower this weekend, we will have access to Marian’s communal athletic
showers, so plan accordingly. Remember to check the packing list so you don’t forget anything!
Expect to park in the Marian North Parking lot and start checking in at 6:30pm on Friday, March 6th. And finally, expect to leave
different. Expect God to work in your life in a real way. Come with an open mind and heart, and allow Christ to transform you by His
Spirit, because He promises us that all who ask shall receive, and all who seek shall find. Expect it.
