Teen Art Class Schedule
3-week Sessions: Tuesdays, 6:00 – 8:00pm
Teen art classes are a great opportunity for students to explore various mediums in depth with
professional artists and experienced art instructors. Students will have the opportunity to learn different,
techniques, applications, processes and more in a fun, creative environment! For official class

Guidelines for Teen Art Classes 2014-15
Drop Off & Pickup
Students must be dropped off and picked up promptly and must be signed in and signed out to insure
their safety. For a pickup by someone other than the parent/guardian listed on this Registration Form, a
note with the name of the pickup person must be given to the instructor at drop-off or listed on the
registration form.
NOTE: all students need to be picked up at the end of their class. A $15 fee will be applied if picked up
more then 15 minutes after end time.
Behavior
All students are expected to listen, follow instructions, and interact with classmates and their instructor
with respect so that a positive, encouraging, and creative atmosphere is provided. Our goal is for
everyone to have fun!
Dress for Class
Closed-toe shoes are required for all students for optimal safety. Classes are often messy so students
should wear clothes that can be easily washed.
Financial Notes
Payments can be made credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover,) cash, or check
made payable to WMOA. A minimum number of students (6) per class is required so we may provide
instructors with fair compensation for their time. Once an application and payment has been received
there are no refunds unless the class is cancelled by WMOA.

releases, and print ads. By signing the front of the form you give us permission for your child’s image to
