Installation
Plug your Smart Bridge into your
home router, launch the Keen
Home app and follow the the
on-screen instructions.
Pull the green arrow tab to
activate your Smart Vent. Its
LED will double blink green to
indicate it is ready to pair with
your bridge. If the tab was
pulled early and the LED is no
longer blinking, simply eject
and reinsert the batteries to
reset the Smart Vents.
Remove the existing floor, wall, or
ceiling vent register where you
want to install your Smart Vent.
Removal may require the use of a
screwdriver.
If required, use the included two
screws to install and secure your
Smart Vent. The screws won't be
needed in floor installation and
may not be necessary in wall
installation, depending on the
home.
LED color key
Double blinking green means
your Smart Vent is attempting
to pair with your hub
Orange means heating
Triple blinking green means your
Smart Vent has paired
Purple means fan mode or Smart
Vent activity
Double blinking yellow means your
Smart Vent is attempting to rejoin
the network
Double blinking red means there
is an obstruction. Reset your
Smart Vent by ejecting and
reinserting the batteries
Double blinking white means you
are identifying a Smart Vent
Blue means cooling
