The Park Avenue development is in collaboration with housing association Ta.• Ceredigion.
The housing association wants to build 80 fiats
along the river side of the ground.
The dub's 400--seat stand wm be demolished
and replaced with a new 5SO--seatstand .• paid {or
by Tai Ceredigion.
Taj Ceredigion will also invest in the dub's facilities by building a new clubhouse, ancillary

"We thank all who attended. for giving their
time and showing interest in the project. All
comments received will be taken into consideration in due course.
Local resident Gari Prysor is unhappy 27 flats
wiU be built on the car park adjacent to the football dub, with a Joss of parking spaces.
But Tai Ceredigion has said just five spaces will

'The Astroturf will, effectively, make it available for sports 12 hours a day, rather than just 90
