Range If you were searching for a Giant Panda, you would probably find one in the mountains of China, Sichuan, Shaanxi, or in Gansu. Behavior Giant Pandas are very solitary animals. They communicate with scent, calls, and meetings. Threats The main threat to Giant Pandas is loss of habitat. Farmers clear bamboo forests for bigger rice fields. Reasons For Hope Giant Pandas are one of the most recognized animals in Asia. They are loved for their playful nature and unique coloring. And they always will be.
