The Iguassu Waterfalls are formed by the falls of the river Iguassu, which
means “big water” in Tupi-Guarani. Formed approximately 150 million
years, the 275 isolated falls of the Waterfalls of Iguassu constitute the
largest group of falls on the planet, and one of the natural wonders of
the world.
