Purchase an original
There are many ways to buy art. You are welcome to buy on
line, but no website or print can really show you the quality,
sparkle, richness of an original oil painting. If possible, see the
art in person, whether in a gallery, exhibit, art fair or my studio.
If these are not feasible for you, let us know and we will try to
find a way for you to see the original.
How to purchase originals from this catalogue:
1. Send a message to [email protected] to reserve
the original. Tell me how you prefer to pay and whether you
prefer pickup or shipment. If the original is still available, I’ll
reserve it for you at the price stated in this catalogue.
2. You will receive a Purchase Agreement to fill in and sign. It
will show your total including packing, shipping, insurance and
the 6% Michigan Sales Tax. If I am to ship it, I will do so on
receipt of the signed Purchase Agreement and full payment.

I use PayPalTM to offer security and a variety of payment
options including credit cards. You don’t need a PayPalTM
account yourself.

NOTE: Purchase of a print does not convey any rights to
use of the image beyond display of the print. For me, display
does include bragging about it on Facebook.
What you get
Purchase of an original entitles you to full possession of the art piece, with which you can do anything you want… except sell
copies of it. You may show a photo of it on social media, and photograph it for insurance purposes. Rights remain with the artist
unless sold separately. Unless you purchase all rights, prints of the original you own may be available for purchase by others. In
any case, the artist always retains the right to display a copy and show its image in portfolios or documents listing his works.
Note: Originals in scheduled gallery exhibits cannot be released to you until after the show ends.
