CALVARY CAMP ROCK, a week long experience
in worship and praise, is being scripted at Calvary.
Together with the music of STAR 88.3, Calvary Camp
Counselors are preparing to introduce campers to a week
of modern Christian Rock Music, Biblical Character Studies,
Themed Crafts, Rockin’ Recreation and Savory Snacks.
STAR 88.3 Power Packs will be awarded throughout the
week to campers who meet their memory max goals.
This high energy week of worship will conclude on
Sunday, June 20th with a Calvary DAY OF ROCK sponsored
by STAR 88.3. The DAY OF ROCK features a concert
by IHOH, In Honor of Him, a Christian Rock Band who
has headlined for such acts as Jeremy Camp, Newsboys,
David Crowder Band, and Skillet. The Campers from
Calvary Camp Rock will share the stage as they offer
some of their own worship and praise that they experienced
through the camp week.
The Calvary DAY OF ROCK concert will be held Sunday,
June 20th during Calvary Sunday LIVE Worship at 10:00
AM and will be followed by an outdoor picnic lunch and
celebration. The STAR 88.3 booth will be set-up and
special guest STARRY will join us for a day of family fun in
the sun. A picnic lunch will be served and INFLATABLES will
be available for the kids.
