Full letter here... - Kamloops Soccer Referees Association

April 9, 2010
Dear Kamloops and area referees,
With the season starting, I wanted to take a couple of minutes and update everyone on what’s been happening
with the KSRA. Here’s a link to the update I sent in January:
http://www.ksra.ca/Announcements/Jan%202010%20Announcements.htm
Online Scheduling System
The KSRA is testing for two years an online scheduling system called “Scheduler”. This system has many benefits,
including:
• Ability for refs to log on from any internet connected computer to check their game allocations.
• Ability for refs to book off unavailable days (why get game offers on days you’re working, at school, etc).
• Ability for refs to indicate times they are available (eg. After 5 pm)
• Internal message system to directly email the allocator (don’t have to wait until you get home to email
the Allocator).
Please note that Scheduler does not automatically allocate games. The KSRA Allocator is Danny Nikolic. As KSRA
transitions to Scheduler, you might get double emails reminding you to check Scheduler and indicate your
available days. As we all become more familiar with Scheduler the number of emails will decline.
Log on to Scheduler at: http://www.scheduler.ca/gamescheduler/
Client id:
605
Username:
<your last name> (if there are multiple refs with the same last
name, use your first inital + last name)
Password:
123 (change your password after you log in the first time)
Some links to Scheduler help manuals and how-to’s to help you successfully use Scheduler.
