•DEFINITIONS / The Semi-Public Company La Clusaz - Société de Gestion des Activités Touristiques de La Clusaz, a limited mixed company with a
capital of 200 000,00 euros RCS ANNECY B 527 672 398 with the headquarter: 1 place de L’église – BP 6 Mairie de La Clusaz 74220 la Clusaz – N°Tel
0450326500 N°Fax 0450326501, hereafter referred to as the SEML is in charge of the management of Détentes Plus passes and Enfants Roi passes
where the collection of information and payments are concerned. The Client is hereafter referred to the person who orders one or more Detente plus
passes in his/her own names. The User is the holder of the Detente Plus pass. The pass designates the unopenable wristband which is nominative,
personal and non-transferable, giving access to the services described below.
• SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS / Tennis court hire : Every player must be the holder of a detente plus pass. If only one of the players is the
holder of a pass, the other player must pay the other half of the rental based based on the guest tariff. “Belier Club” activities, flying fox and archery:
The ticket giving access to these activities will be available on a single ticket basis only. Detente plus pass and pass holders must request a ticket
for each passage. Archery: 30 minute sessions only.
• DETENTE PLUS Passes/ The pass is valid for the duration noted on the pass and may be used under the terms and conditions outlined below for
the following: ski lifts, summer luge, ice rink, kid’s leisure park, tennis court hire, archery, the Big ‘airbag’, the aqua park (swimming pool entrance
only), the confins crazy golf and provides free access to the payable beaches on Lake Annecy (Angon and Talloires). It provides discounted access
to the following activities: Aqua park fitness centre:9€ instead of 11€, Full day Hiking adult and child (4-12 years) : 10% discount, canyoning* initiation
and full descent(from 13 years): from 7% discount, half-day climbing school(from 8-12 years: over 7% discount, La Clusaz Yves Pollet-Villard Via
Ferrata*(from 13 years and over 1.40m): 5% discount, Half price MTB excursion for adults and children (6-16 years: 10% discount).
Activities provided by the Bureau des Guides de La Clusaz. The list of activities included is constantly evolving so pass holders are encouraged to
consult www.laclusaz.com in order to be made aware of any possible changes. The user must abide by the conditions and rules of each service
provider.
The user must remain in possession of the pass at all times during the different activities*.

Pass holders do not gain priority access to activities and must respect the rules and regulations of each activity.
Passes are applicable to specific individual activities and not to group activities, e.g. for clubs or associations.

•CONDITIONS OF SALE OF DÉTENTE PLUS Passes/
Advance purchase passes (from 1st July to 3rd September 2017)
The client must book his/her stay with a host registered with the local businesses association (SEML) a minimum of 7 days before arrival.
The Client must complete the form which can be downloaded from our website www.laclusaz.com and return it to the host a minimum of 1 week
before the start of the stay including payment.
documents sent in error to the Tourist Office will not be treated. The host will prepare the passes and will give them to the clients on arrival. No
advance purchase passes will be delivered from the Tourist Office.
Passes purchased on arrival (from 1st July to 3rd September 2017)
On sale from : the Tourist office.
Passes may not be collected before the first day of use.
• Pass VALIDITY DURATION / Detente plus and passes are only valid during the time mentioned on the pass.
•PAYMENT SYSTEM FOR DÉTENTE PLUS Passes / payment will be made in euros:
- by cheque from an open french bank account, ask the landlord about the order;
- by cash;
- by credit pass (visa, europass, masterpass)
- by cheques vacances.
•THE pass / The pass is an unopenable and numbered wristband with information on the validity of the pass (date to date) and the name and
surname of the pass holder. Wristband must be worn fitted. Any pass unfitted, incomplete, broken, crossed out or unreadable will be considered
unvalid and will not be replaced.
• Pass VERIFICATION/ The client must wear the pass at his/her wrist at all time during activities. The pass must be shown on request by operators**.
• FORCE MAJEUR / In the case of heavy rain or unfavourable weather conditions resulting in the full or partial closing of one of the activities,
reimbursement will not be considered. Only a total cease of all activities over a period longer than one day may give rise for compensation from
the La Clusaz SEML:
Clients may choose the form of compensation from the following :
- an immediate extension of the length of validity of the pass
- a credit note to be used for the purchase of another pass for the following year.
The SEML is in no way responsible for any damage caused on the activities.
• CANCELLATION RIGHTS / The ordering of a Detente plus pass does not provide cancellation rights as this pass must be used within a determined
time scale.
• REIMBURSEMENT/Unused issued passes are neither reimbursable nor exchangeable.
• COMPLAINTS /Any complaints must be sent to the Tourist Office “Service Accueil” within 15 days of the related incident at the following address:

•NON-RESPECT OF THE PRESENT CONDITIONS / The non-respect of the personal nature of a detente plus pass will result in termination of the
contract and cancellation of the pass.
• PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA/ The information required by La Clusaz SEML to obtain a pass is obligatory, if one or several elements are
missing, the pass may not be issued. Information given is intended for SEML use only.
In accordance with the French «informatique et libertés» law (the law on data protection and civil liberties), customers have the right to access or
correct data relating to them and also the right to object for legitimate reasons, which may be exercised by contacting the company at the following:

In accordance with article 90 of the decree n° 2005-1309 of 20 October 2005 all persons may obtain a written copy of the present paragraph by
simple oral request or by writing to the relevant service.
• TRANSLATION AND THE APPLICABLE LAW IN THE EVENT OF DISPUTES / These terms are established in several french and english, it is
expressly understood that only the French version of these terms is applicable. accordingly, in case of difficulty in interpretation / application
of the provisions of any of these terms, it will be necessary to refer specifically and exclusively to the French version. These terms are subject to
French law both in their interpretation and implementation. Failing amicable settlement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
*According the conditions listed in part «Pass Verification».
**Any pass unfitted, incomplete, broken, crossed out or unreadable will be considered unvalid and will not be replaced.
By signing the form, the Customer acknowledges accept the Terms of the Detente Plus Pass.
