Giraffe Experience
Meet Monarto Zoo’s Giraffe herd from the Waterhole
viewing platform. Our experienced keeper will be on
hand for up to 30 minutes with a selection of their
favourite food to entice the animals for a unique close
encounter. The keeper will share with you their intimate
knowledge of these magnificent animals.

Ever put a Lion to bed? Our Lion behind the scenes
interactive provides you with a unique experience with
one of the worlds ultimate predators. Assist the Keeper
in calling the lions into their night quarters for feeding

these creatures and the power of their vocal cords.

Australia’s largest lion pride.

Rhino Interactive
Go behind the scenes with the rare and endangered
Southern White Rhino and Black Rhino species. Small
groups can assist the Keeper in their daily health check,
feed and then put them to bed for the night. Larger
groups will enjoy the chance to get up close and pat a
Rhino whilst appreciating their immense size.

Devil Experience
Join us for an interactive keeper presentation with one
of Australia’s most unique and often misunderstood
endangered animals the Tasmanian Devil. Marvel at
the powerful jaws and vocalisations displayed during
a private communal devil feed. View their social
interactions whilst learning first hand from their
keeper about these incredible creatures, our breeding
programs and the fight to save them from the Devil
Facial Tumour Disease.
