1) Urgent Notice: CPT and RCL forms for Spring Semester
Spring Full Time CPT Deadline:
The Deadline for all application materials to be submitted (Application,
Departmental Certification, Co-op Agreement and registration slip from Career
Services) to Kim Brumbaugh for Spring Full Time CPT is this Friday, January
11th At Noon.

Spring Reduced Course Load (RCL) Deadline:
If you will be enrolled less than 6 hours as a graduate or 12 hours as an undergraduate student then you must
submit a Reduced Course load Form (RCL) by Friday, January 11th at noon.

2) Welcome Back!!!
Spring Semester is here. Are you ready to meet and make friends with people
from all over the world? If you are, then join us for our very first coffee hour
of the Semester for a chance to meet some really cool people and enjoy some
refreshments.
Let us celebrate the start of the semester with some Refreshments and
Games!!! The event is free and you can bring your friends.

3) Health Insurance Waiver Deadline Spring Semester deadline for insurance waiver is January 14, 2013.
Waivers will be approved only for students who have a U.S. based insurance
coverage through the employer of a spouse or parent or students who are sponsored by the government.
Sponsored students should submit financial guarantees to Cathy Moore in the
Bursar’s office on or before January 14, 2013 and dependent waiver requests should be sent to Nycia Bolds in University Center for International Education (UCIE Office).
You must immediately verify in Wings Express that items on your bill are correct and request a waiver if corrections
are needed or you will be required to pay for any unchallenged fees after January 14.
4) Spring 2013 Coffee Hour Schedule The International Cultural Exchange (ICE) is planning an event for every other
Friday this semester. ICE is a student organization that sponsors events to allow
international students to experience American culture, culture of other nations
and have fun in an informal setting. Our upcoming events are:
January 11th, 3PM - Welcome Back
February 1st, 3PM - Volleyball / Salsa
February 15th, 3PM - Valentine’s Day
March 8th, 3PM - Counseling / Acculturation
March 22nd, 3PM - France
April 5th, 3PM - Potluck
April 12th, 3PM - Flag Parade Rehearsal

Monster Truck Winter Nationals
See the biggest & baddest trucks competing thousands of dollars in cash. Fans can see
Transtormer, a US intelligence transformer robot, Brute Force, an armed forces tribute
truck, Shell Camino, featuring a female driver and El Jalapeno, a brand new truck, plus
many more. They’ll compete in the wheelie contest, doughnut contest and monster
truck freestyle. Where: Hara Arena Conference & Exhibition Center, Trotwood, OH
