The Department of Infrastructure makes the following Order under section 14 of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1985.

Title
This Order is the Rural Roads (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places)
(Amendment) Order 2013.

Commencement
This Order comes into operation on 24 June 2013.

Amendment to principal Order
Schedule 1 to the Rural Roads (Various Roads) (Reserved Parking Places)
(Consolidation) Order 1995 is amended as follows—

Amendment
After entry No 12 relating to Clagh Vane, Ballasalla insert the following entry—
(b) North-east side
c
(i) 7 metres from its junction with Kinnish Terrace for a
distance of 6 metres in a north-westerly direction. Opposite
property numbered 30.

This Order creates a reserved parking place for a vehicle displaying a permit issued by
the Department on the north-east side of Clagh Vane, Ballasalla, opposite property
numbered 30.
