In order that all children can participate fully in all school activities and to ensure that the school is clearly represented in the wider
community, the Governors have agreed on a policy of appropriate school wear.

Black boots may be worn but these must be sensible (not a fashion item). Named wellingtons
brought into school as appropriate in extreme weather conditions.

Pupils are requested not to bring umbrellas into the school building due to health and safety.
 Pupils should not wear nail varnish, make-up or jewellery in school, except small plain studs in pierced
ears (to be taken out for P.E/Games if healed or covered over with plasters until healed). Children
can wear inexpensive watches at the discretion of the parents but the school accepts no
responsibility for damage or loss.
 No mobile phones are to be brought into school.

Hairstyles should be suitable for a working environment.
