The undersigned has the honour to

report:
THAT Block 25, Cowiohan Lake District, has been conveyed to the
Crown for purposes of reforestation.
THAT the Lake Cowiohan School Board has made application for a
portion of said Block as a school site, and the area so applied for
hat been surveyed at their expense and described as Parcel "A" of
Blook 25 save and excepting the right-of-way of the Cowiohan Electric
Company shown on Plan 251 R.W., on file in the Land Registry Office,
Victoria, containing 12.47 acres.
THAT this application has been submitted to and received the
approval of the Superintendent of Education.
AND TO RECOMULID under authority of Section 93 of the Land Act,
being Chapter 144 of the Revised Statutes of British Columbia, 1936,
that said Parcel "A" be set aside and reserved as a school site and
for school purposes.
