Worry: thinking about bad things that might happen. Anxiety: body

Worry:
thinking about bad things that might happen.
Anxiety:
body problems such as headaches, tight muscles, tummy ache, or
fast breathing that happen when you worry.
Worry Wall:
makes a person worry so much about something that they get
“stuck”. It is hard to think about anything else!
Cloudy Thoughts:
thinking about the very, very worst problem that could happen!
These problems are “dramatic” and usually do not happen.
Sunny Thoughts:
thinking about a little problem that could happen . These little
problems could happen.
Change your brain channel:
change Cloudy thoughts about a worry into Sunny thoughts about
a worry
Rainbow Thinking:
think about a problem that might happen when you worry.
Think of ways to prevent the problem, so it is less likely to occur.
