The speed differential from belt to chain also caused the bottles ttles to tip forward. System Plast™ Solution System Plast’s initial idea was to install transfer plates or BeadWall adWall products. The solution, however, was to support the top of the bottles enough ough to prevent them from falling over. Using VG-SSLT guide rail on the top of the odd shaped bottles stabilized them and helped to make a successful ssful transfer. Before the change, the bottles were tipping over on a consistent basis. After the change, the bottles very rarely tip over. The 14 ga. stainless steel sheath provides streamlined support for heavy loads at any speed, pluss a solid mps and connecting point for holding the rail in place with clamps brackets. The UHMW guiding surface is available in a wide selection of shapes. The low friction characteristics of UHMW allow containers to move at high speed with minimum drag, container damage and noise. • Stainless steel sheaths are used for its excellent resistance to corrosion and long lasting attractive appearance. 316 stainless steel is available for greater corrosion protection. Galvanized steel can be ordered as an economical alternative to stainless steel. • Natural, translucent white UHMW is manufactured without additives or other processing chemicals. The result is a material that is abrasion resistant, color stable (less prone to yellowing) and uniform consistency.
