To authorize a land exchange
with 2960753 Canada Inc.
The Council of The Corporation of the city of Brampton
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1.
The conveyance of the part of Block J, Plan M-75 shown
coloured in green on the sketch attached as Schedule A
to this By-law, to 2960753 Canada Inc., is hereby
authorized.
2.
The consideration
section 1 shall be
for
the
conveyance
described
in
(1)
the conveyance from 2960753 Canada Inc. to The
Corporation of the city of Brampton of the part
of Lot 9, Concession 4 East of Hurontario
Street shown outlined in red on the sketch
attached as Schedule A to this By-law; and
(2)
payment by 2960753 Canada Inc. of all legal and
survey costs, all land transfer tax and all
title searching and related expenses incurred
in connection with the land exchange' described
in this By-law.

3.
The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute,
in a form approved by the City Solicitor, agreements
of purchase and 'sale and all other documents which the
City solicitor considers necessary to effect the land
exchange described in this By-law.
