After presentation by Justin M. Hill, Assistant District Attorney, the following cases was handled in the
Livingston County Court before the Honorable Dennis S. Cohen on January 12, 2017.
SEAN M. CALVERT, age 39, of Nunda appeared on a violation of probation and the matter was adjourned to
January 25, 2017 for a hearing.
AMANDA L. DONOGHUE, age 24, of Mumford was sentenced on a conviction of Forgery hi the Second
Degree (D Felony) to 6 months incarceration and 5 years probation to include Drug Treatment Court. She was
also ordered to pay a $520 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and restitution of $1100.
ADAM D. GREEN, age 26, of Mt. Morris was sentenced on a conviction of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth
Degree (Misdemeanor) and Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor) to 3 years probation. He was also ordered to pay a $200
surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, restitution of $1200, and Orders of Protections were issued for the victims.
ALEX G. GROSS, age 18, of Mt. Morris was sentenced on a conviction of Attempted Arson in the Third Degree
(D Felony) to 2 to 6 years in state prison. H was also ordered to pay a $325 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.
KENNETH R. KIEHLE, age 42, of Dansville was sentenced on a conviction of Criminal Possession of a
Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree (Misdemeanor) to 8 months intermittent incarceration. He was also
ordered to pay a $200 surcharge and a $50 DNA fee.
DENNIS L. KNAPP, age 56, of Leroy was sentenced on a conviction of Aggravated Driving with .18 of One
Percent or More of Alcohol in His Blood (E Felony) to 1 to 3 years in state prison. He was also ordered to pay a
$520 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and his license was revoked with a requirement to install an Ignition Interlock
Device.
THOMAS P. LICKLITER, age 36, of Lima was sentenced on a conviction of Driving While Intoxicated (E
Felony) to 4 months intermittent incarceration and 5 years probation to include electronic home monitoring. He
was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, a $520 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and his license was revoked with a
requirement to install an Ignition Interlock Device.
KARIM A. LITTLE, age 25, formerly of Livingston Correctional Facility, charged with Promoting Prison
Contraband in the First Degree (D Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to February
9, 2017.
BRENT A. MAKOWSKI, age 23, of Houghton was sentenced on a conviction of Aggravated Driving While
Intoxicated with a Child (E Felony) to 4 months intermittent incarceration and 5 years probation. He was also
ordered to pay a $520 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and his license was revoked with a requirement to install an
Ignition Interlock Device.
CALVIN R. PATRICK, age 35, f Mt. Morris, charged with 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree
(B Felony), Rape in the First Degree (B Felony), Aggravated Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree (D Felony), and 4
counts of Unlawful Imprisonment in the First Degree (E Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was
adjourned to January 25, 2017. Bail was continued at $200,000.
HEATHER M. ROCK, age 41, of Dansville was sentenced on a conviction of Driving While Impaired by Drugs
(E Felony) to 4 months intermittent incarceration and 5 years probation to include Drug Treatment Court. She
was also ordered to pay a $520 surcharge, a $50 DNA fee, and her license was revoked with a requirement to
install an Ignition Interlock Device.
BRYAN A. SKINNER, age 29, of Hemlock, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle
in the First Degree (E Felony), Unsafe Backing, and Failure to Stay in Lane, appeared with his attorney and the
matter was adjourned to February 23, 2017.
DAVID L. VANDERHOEF, age 48, appeared on a violation of probation and the matter was adjourned to
January 25, 2017 for a hearing.
RICHARD S. WILSON, age 47, of Rochester, convicted of Driving with .08 of One Percent or More of Alcohol
in His Blood (E Felony), appeared with his attorney and the matter was adjourned to January 19, 2017. He was
remanded without bail.
