Background
In March 1933 one of the first Nazi concentration camps was established

The International Youth Meeting is primarily organized by a team of volunteers. Many
survivors of the National Socialist regime will talk about their personal experiences of
persecution, whether in the concentration or labor camps or working in the resistance.
The first International Youth Meeting, founded by young people from and around the
town of Dachau, took place in 1983.
Program
During the two weeks of the International Youth Meeting we get intensively involved
with the history of National Socialism. In different workshops, partly of several
days duration, we work on different thematic subjects and discuss with eye-witnesses
