Dear Parents/guardians,
Once again, we will be offering Little Caesars Pizza for hot lunch. Since the order ahead format worked
out so well earlier this year, we will continue for the remainder of the 2017 school year. Please note
the following bullets before placing your child’s order.

Hot Lunch is for Grades 1 – 5

Pay in cash or make cheque payable to École St. Germain;

No change will be provided;

Each pizza box will include two pieces of pizza. The cost of each pizza box is
$3.00. This pizza is ordered from Little Caesars Pizza. The cost of the juice is
$0.75;

Additional orders can be placed at a later date. Forms can be downloaded from
the website.

All orders must be received in the office a minium of 1 week in advance of the
hot lunch date.

One form per family;

In the event that your child is absent on a hot lunch day, you can pick the order
up in the office. Refunds are not available once the school order has been
placed with Little Caesars Pizza.

If you would like to help out on hot lunch day, please leave your name and
contact information with the office.

