Class Descriptions SPRINT Sprint is a brand new 30 minute HIIT class on a bike from Les Mills. Designed to get you fit fast. Short explosive rounds will have you burning fat and toning your lower body. BOOTCAMP A great class to mix up your week. Action packed with a variety of exercises to keep you motivated as your fitness and muscle tone increase. BODYBALANCE Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully-structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. BOXING A high energy fitness class which along with the proper technique training will improve your agility, stamina, cardio, core and full body strength. Combining pad-work, boxing and outdoor group training methods to make you stronger, fitter and leaner. This class caters for beginners to advanced members. Own equipment welcome. BODYPUMP This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls.
