Class Descriptions
SPRINT Sprint is a brand new 30 minute HIIT class on a bike
from Les Mills. Designed to get you fit fast. Short explosive rounds
will have you burning fat and toning your lower body.
BOOTCAMP A great class to mix up your week. Action packed
with a variety of exercises to keep you motivated as your fitness
and muscle tone increase.
BODYBALANCE Controlled breathing, concentration and a
carefully-structured series of stretches, moves and poses create
a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony
and balance.
BOXING A high energy fitness class which along with the
proper technique training will improve your agility, stamina, cardio,
core and full body strength. Combining pad-work, boxing and
outdoor group training methods to make you stronger, fitter and
leaner. This class caters for beginners to advanced members. Own
equipment welcome.
BODYPUMP This workout challenges all your major muscle
groups by using the best weight room exercises like squats,
presses, lifts and curls. Great music and your choice of weight to
inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
BODYSTEP Uses a height-adjustable step and simple
movements on, over and around the step with cardio blocks to
push fat-burning systems into high gear followed by muscleconditioning tracks to shape and tone your body.
CXWORX Based on cutting-edge scientific research, this
program is the ultimate way to get a tight and toned core. With
dynamic training that hones in on your abs, glutes, back, obliques,
and ‘slings’ connecting the upper and lower body.
RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the
rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring
team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain
peaks, time trials and interval training.
BODYCOMBAT This fiercely energetic program is inspired
by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such
as karate, boxing, taekwondo, tai chi and muay thai. Supported
by driving music, strike, punch, kick and kata your way through
calories to superior cardio fitness.

HIIT A 45 minute high intensity interval training workout using
a variety of equipment such as weights, kettlebells, battle ropes
and more. A mixture of resistance, body weight and cardio based
exercises to provide an all over strength and conditioning and
cardio workout.
YOGA Stretch and strengthen all parts of the body including the
mind. Improves posture, breathing, balance and coordination while
improving flexibility.
METAFIT™ is the original 30 minute, non choreographed,
body weight only HIIT workout. It burns fat by changing the
resting metabolism, works big muscle groups with simple unchoreographed, high intensity intervals to get quick results.
ABS 30 minutes to work your abs from all angles, it will challenge
and strengthen your core stability.
ZUMBA Zumba is an aerobic fitness program featuring
movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and
performed primarily to Latin American dance music. Zumba mixes
effective body sculpting movements with easy-to-follow, fun dance
steps, burning lots of calories by mixing cardio intervals with
resistance training.
GRIT STRENGTH™ The new high intensity interval
training (HIIT) workout by LES MILLS takes you into overdrive to
go hard, push harder and get you fitter, super fast! The short,
sharp, demanding workouts combine weightlifting, running and
plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity,
strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.
GRIT CARDIO™ is a 30 minute high intensity interval training
workout that features explosive high impact movements designed
to burn fat and improve athletic capability.
AQUA CIRCUIT Aqua Circuit uses a variety of exercises and
equipment including: kettle bells, buckets, resistance bands, aqua
steps, balls, ropes etc. Participants will work at their own pace
whilst improving muscle tone and overall fitness.
METAPWR is the long awaited, new group X workout from
Metafit Using fundamental training principles, we have created
a power class to work muscle and boost metabolism. It’s only 30
minuets long but you will train hard the entire time. It’s suitable for
everyone & you can adjust the weight to suit your own ability.
