We invite all men to join us for our April meeting. The menu
for the night will be hot dogs and hamburgers. The cost is

MISS NATALIE & MISS WYNDE ANNOUNCE
the following for the
PRE-TEEN/TEEN SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASS

On Sunday, April 30th the class will meet outside, promptly at 9:15 a.m. behind the Parish Hall in
order for the students to stake out & rope off the design for their Labyrinth. Any parents who
would like to help are encouraged to attend with their student.

On Sunday, May 7th at 9:15 a.m. the students will present their completed Labyrinth as a gift to the
congregation of St. David’s in a ceremony outside and behind the Parish Hall. Everyone is invited.

The last Sunday school class before the summer break will be on Sunday, May 14th. This will also be
a time for recognizing individual achievements & handing out awards.
Note: We are still in need of Large Size flameless candles.

LAKE LOGAN PARISH WEEKEND
Mark your calendars for July 14-16 for our annual Parish Weekend at Lake
Logan Episcopal Center in the mountains of North Carolina, just west of
Asheville.
Cost for the weekend (lodging for 2 nights & 6 meals) is $275 for a double room and $175 for a
single room. Rates for youth ages 12-16 is $70, ages 4-11 is $35, and children under the age of 4
are free. Pets welcome!
Deadline to make reservations and submit half of the total cost is Sunday, May 14. Balance is
due by Wednesday, June 7. You may contact Royal Roseberry at 699-0171 or the Church Office
(803-736-0866) to make your reservation.

There will be a
children’s led service
at the Chapel at
Wildewood Downs
on Sunday, May 7,
from 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Sunday School
children (Pre-K through Grade 5) will be singing
for the service and participating as ushers,
leaders, etc. We invite your children to take
part in this wonderful Eucharist.
We plan to meet at the church at 4:00 p.m.
If your child would like to take part in this
service, please contact the Church Office

Mark your calendars. Vacation Bible School
will be held the third week of June (June 18
through June 22) this year. More details
coming soon.
PARISH PICNIC/YOUTH SUNDAY

We plan to gather at Sesqui State
Park (after the 10:30 a.m. worship
service) to grill hamburgers and hot
dogs (provided by the church). Beverages will be provided as well.

side dish or dessert to share.
