This is a work in progress and thus by no means perfect. Although, we have tested it to some degree of satisfaction, any
software by nature of what it is and due to inherent complexities resulting from combination of resources it depends on, is
never error free. This is where you, the end-user, can help tremendously by providing feedback. So please feel free to
share your thoughts by providing not only bug-reports but also feedback so that the software can improve and grow in the
future.
In case of problems with the website, it would help greatly if you could attach a screen capture of the error message to
the email message (instructions are given below).
Getting a Screen Capture:
If you have a single display, press the Print Screen button (usually found on the top right corner of your keyboard). If you
have dual displays, then bring the window to your main display and then press the Print Screen button.
Open a new mail message in Outlook, right click on the body of the mail, select paste and then email to
[email protected].
If not using Outlook (i.e., web based interface) you will have to paste the image in a Word Document, save it, attach the
file to a new mail, and then email.
If you are still not sure you can get help by calling x5441 or x5777.
