CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, we require 24
hour advance notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less
than the required time will be billed 100% of the published price per
service.
Spa day passes are not available from July 1st thru Labor Day. Only
guests that have scheduled appointments will have access to the spa
facilities. This pass does not include access to Gurney’s Montauk Beach
(additional fees apply).
