Cerulean Juices Team Member Dec 2014 – May 2016 Managed a social media campaign which reached over 4000 people, generated 74 engagements and converted into 3 new customers. Created a dashboard on excel which provided basic analytics on customer data and student performance Consolidated a large number of fragmented documents which increased the efficiency of day to day operations. Designed a user-centred prototype for a mobile application idea and tested it with real users for feedback Created a slide deck and pitched the idea to a panel Worked at a popular local juice bar which involved serving customers, handling food, cash register and cleaning. Reduced congestion and increased service efficiency by taking the initiative to create signage to direct and organise customer lines. Suggested the placement of certain products at the register which increased sales of that product significantly.
