CTRL F1: Show a full list of all shortcut keys
F2: Highlight a portion of text that can then be amended
F3: Read out text, sentence by sentence, backwards up a document
F4: Read out text, word by word, backwards up a document
F5: Read out text, word by word, forwards down a document
F6: Read out text, sentence by sentence, forwards down a document
F7: Open the Spell Checker
CTRL F7: Opens the Dictionary / Thesaurus
F8: Start Guide talking again
F9: Temporarily stop Guide talking
F10: Speaks out current date and time
F11: Increase voice speed
CTRL F11: Decrease voice speed
SHIFT F11: Change voice (switches between all available voices)

LISTEN TO ME: Turn the microphone back on again
SHUSH: Pause the Guide HandsFree voice from speaking
READ ALL: Read out all text on screen
SCRATCH THAT: Delete the word or words, which have just been dictated
INCREASE MAGNIFICATION: Increase the size of any text or pictures on screen
DECREASE MAGNIFICATION: Decrease the size of any text and pictures on screen
SPEAK FASTER: Make the Guide HandsFree voice speak faster
SPEAK SLOWER: Make the Guide HandsFree voice speak slower
MAIN MENU: Go straight to the Main Menu from anywhere in Guide HandsFree
CONTINUE/ENTER: Continue to the next stage in a particular process
ESCAPE: Escape from a particular screen
SPELL MODE ON: Turn Spell Mode on (where everything spoken is interpreted as a letter of the
alphabet)
SPELL MODE OFF: Turn Spell Mode off
NEXT/PREVIOUS Move up and down a list / menu OR move back and forwards through a
webpage
PRESS KEY [XYZ]: Will press key XYZ to perform the functions above
