Conditions of Entry:
Each photograph must be an original photograph taken by the entrant.
Photographs should be 20 x 30 cm - (A4).
You may submit up to 3 images.
Photographs must have been taken within the last twelve months (ie: since November 2015) and
Photographs should not be “computer enhanced”.
Entries must be mounted on thin cardboard with a 2cm edge and labelled with the name of the
photo on front and name of photographer and category entered on the back. All photographs must
be ready to be hung.
NO frames, glass, boards (other than those outlined above) or poster prints are to be used.
Photographs that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted as entries.
The Eden Whale Festival Committee, Julie Fourter, Art on Imlay and Eden Fishermen’s Recreation
Club advise that all care will be taken regarding the safety and security of photographs, however no
organisation or individual or venue will accept responsibility in the event of unexpected incidents
causing damage and/or theft.
Judges and their immediate family are not permitted to enter.
The judge’s decision is final.
Photos will be displayed from Saturday 22nd October until Sunday 30th October at the Eden
Fishermen’s Recreation Club.
Category winners & The People’s Choice Award will be announced in Imlay Street on Sunday 30th
October, 2016 in conjunction with the Show N Shine event at 10.00am outside Cuppaz Cafe.
