Daily Advisory & Support Fee (applies to all meetings requiring a technician to operate the
audiovisual equipment) @ Prevailing Rate
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Equipment and labor pricing does not include a 21% service charge or 5.5% sales tax.
It is required that Audio Visual Elite setup, operate and strike all equipment unless union
guidelines and requirements dictate otherwise.
Labor will be charged for set-up, operation and teardown of all video projection, multiimage, sound reinforcement, theatrical stage lighting, screens and drapery equipment listed
herein.
Cancellation charges will be incurred at 100% for equipment and labor cancelled within 24
hours of your event, 75% within 48 hours, and 50% within 72 hours.
Labor is a non-discountable item.
Minimum labor charge will be assessed on larger audiovisual set-ups (fast-fold screens,
data/video projection, sound systems, lighting, rigging, truss work, etc.)
All set/strike labor prices are per technician per hour.
All in-room technician prices are per technician per day.
No outside clients may patch into any sound systems @ Lake Lawn Resort.
