Official Application for Elected Position (Cabinet & Senate)
All ASIVC Elected Officers:
 Must attend ALL weekly meetings, with only two (2) excused absences (every Tuesday from 12:30pm2:00pm in SSC260).
 Must serve office hours of at least 3 hours each week.
 Must purchase an ASG Activity Sticker each semester.
 Must participate in at least 2 assigned committees each semester.
 Candidates for President and Vice President must have completed at least 12 units of coursework at IVC
at time of application, with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
 Candidates for President must have been an active member of ASG for at least one academic year prior
to running.
 President and Vice President must maintain at least 9 units of coursework per semester at IVC with a
cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher.
 Candidates for ICC President and Senate must be enrolled in at least 6 units at time of application, with a
cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
 ICC President and Senators must maintain at least 6 units of coursework per semester at IVC, with a
cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher.
